Question: What forms of payment do you take?

Answer: Cash, checks, as well as all major credit and debit cards.

 

Question: What days are you open? What are your hours of operation?

Answer: We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00am through 7:00pm. Neighboring Broadway Veterinary Care is open throughout the year, 7 days a week, M-F 8:30-6:30, Sat 8:30-4, Sun 9-11:30.

 

Question: How do I get to your dog day care and training center?

Answer: We are conveniently located at 3 Stevenson Road in Hewlett, Long Island. If you need directions then visit our directions page which will provide a map link. If you're still unsure then call us and we'd be happy to guide you in.

 

Question: Is the Dog Spa properly supervised? Is medical care nearby?

Answer: Absolutely! The owner/proprietor is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with 24+years to her credit. The business that she owns and established 14 years ago, Broadway Veterinary Care, is just next door and is staffed at all times 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

Question: My dog has separation anxiety. Can and should I still leave him with you?

Answer: Yes. We provide a caring and stimulating day care environment for your dog. Socializing can go a long way toward alleviating this trait. And what better way for a puppy or adult dog to spend a day than in the company of playmates.

 

Question: Do you board overnight?

Answer: Indeed. For an additional fee, Broadway Veterinary Care can provide this service for you. You can rest assured your pet is in good hands while you are away.
