While the Spa provides regular daily exercise, enrolling your pet in the Weight Managment Program can work synergistically to restore your pet to his or her ideal weight and body condition. And YOU don't have to be the bad guy, as we take over the twice daily feeding a generous and nutritious diet, that will be packaged up for his or her weekend meals at home. Training (three week enrollment)- Dogs have different types of temperaments (Dominant, Fearful, Hyperactive, or Lethargic). An educated and experienced trainer can diagnose the dog's temperament and apply the proper training techniques during obedience training.We want the dominant dog to know that the owner is the boss and this is reinforced. We want the fearful and submissive dogs to develop courage and confidence. All of this and more is accomplished through proper obedience training. Grooming - Grooming you pet is vital to his/her quality of life, just like it is to yours. The skin is a vital organ, like the heart and liver. Regular care monitors its condition and keeps your pet looking and smelling wonderful. Our expert groomer, Ester, is gentle and experienced with all breeds of dogs and cats. She is especially considerate of older and/or more delicate pets, and ones with "difficult" temperaments. The doctors at Broadway Veterinary Care can even provide mild sedation for the pet who is intolerant.
